Engineering comes from antiquity & mechanics which is the basis for many construction sites in modern today. The Greek Archimedes, Aristotle & Heron of Alexandria are the editor tools of levers, screws, inclined planes, ropes, pulleys & other inventions. Is it a punishable offense embezzlement attempt? Yes, embezzlement is a criminal offense as it is similar to theft. The the so-called builders assumes that no one will worry about the construction workers. But they are not construction workers, they are looters and they are violating the human rights concepts. It is a negligent act that usually ends up with personal injury and property damage. This method is used either for Confiscation of a property or to target a victims, or claim someone human rights. While the criminals has power of disposal over property the illegality leads to embezzlement, they mostly announce it as not valuable.  Then they compose a decisions how to deprive their household and family, so that a blind will less victim is mostly used in the real world is a manipulative neutral third party who additionally & reliably even drive to execution, and that is mostly even with a judicial decision as a bailiff. These voluntary acts lead to random-arbitrary sacrifice for who they will keep the foreign property of those who they embezzled. Those who use such random methods however, cross out the owner name & rewrite it in their own name.
